Carter’s Meats & Produce carries Choice and Select beef. We order “Prime” beef upon request. We also have a nice selection of pork and chicken. All of our meat is hand cut and ground fresh daily.
We have a variety produce to choose from. We buy a lot of local produce from Hardee County as well as Charles Bliss and Plant City markets.
We also have a large selection of seafood. In our white freezers we have gator meat, snow crab legs, frog legs, crawfish, cat fish, red snapper fillets, grouper fillets, scallops and much more! We also have beef liver, ox tail, smoked ham hocks, gizzards and many more items in our other white freezer.
We carry a large assortment of Amish products! We have cheeses, creamy roll butter, pickled items, chips, salsas, noodles, candies and Pennsylvania Dutch Birch Beer and more!
We try to give you excellent quality items for a competitive price. We have bulk prices for the monthly shoppers and big events and fund raisers.
